Basic Check
One Time Visit $60
Bi-weekly $100 Month
Weekly $200 Month (4 Visits)
Property Walk-around: A full visual inspection of the home exterior.
Security Check: Ensure all doors, windows and gates are closed.
Mail and Package Retrieval: Collect mail, newspapers, flyers and packages from the front entrance.
Yard and Debris Check: Look for signs of trash, storm damage or vandalism on the property.
Visual exterior Report: A photo or/and video report (or written summary) emailed to the client every visit.

Standard Check
One Time Visit $70
Bi-weekly $140 Month
Weekly $250 Month (4 Visits)
It includes all basic package services, plus:
Interior Security Check: Walk trough the home to check for signs of forced entry.
Water and Leak check: Inspect ceilings, walls and floors for signs of water damage.
Pluming Maintenance: Run faucets, flush toilets and check under sinks to prevent mold and odors.
HVAC Verification: Confirm the thermostat is set to the correct temperature, especially during Michigan's winter to prevent frozen pipes.
Pest and Rodent Signs: Check for evidence of insects, pests or rodents.
Visual Interior Report: Provide photos and videos of the interior during checks.

Premium Check
One Time Visit $80
Bi-weekly $150
Weekly $300 Month
It includes all basic and standard packages services, plus:
Security System Testing: Test the alarm system and surveillance cameras (if applicable).
Electrical Check: Test a sample of lights and outlets, and check the electrical panel for tripped breakers.
Appliances Check: Ensure the refrigerators, freezers and other appliances are working properly or are safely unplugged.

House Cleaning: We also offer house cleaning services! You can come back to a clean and sanitized home.
Vendor Management: We manage appointments for repairs, pest control or maintenance services.
Keyholder Services: Hold a spare key for emergency access or to provide access to authorized vendors. $50 per call, $25 an hour after. No service fee if scheduled same day as the regular visit.
Snow Removal: Removal of snow in the driveway or sidewalk to keep the exterior looking maintained and occupied.
